On the right picture you can see the modell of the trimaran (on a scale of 1:10). According to the plans made by the american trimaran designer Dick Newick, the model, the hull and the outriggers are built now.

These pictures were made, when the contruction of the hull started. You can see here the construction according to the WEST system.. The core of the hull consists out of cedar wood, which is very robust and good to use.

Meanwhile the work on the hull is in a phase, so that 40 students had to lift it out of its holding devices and had to turn it around. Now the work inside the 11 m long hull started. The work on the two outriggers will be finished soon.
